Breathing

Focus on your #breathing.

Slow yourself down.

Be conscientious of the #breath coming in and going out.

Control your breathing – breath fully in for a count of 7 and breath fully out for a count of 8.

Push out all of the stale air in your lungs and fill your lungs back up with fresh air.

Think of nothing else.

Repeat.

Find time to use this simple #mindfulness technique once a day.
